Yajness Shhety believes that Girl’s body is more flexible and pliable so it is easy for girl to learn martial arts. About his latest trainees Claudia Ciesla, he has only words of praises, “She has worked very hard. She is never late and put their hearts into the training. Martial arts depends on one’s dedication and practice.”
Claudia Ciesla is learning martial art and action from Yajness Shetty. To further develop her personality she is doing meditation and Yoga. She Says, “It has helped me in everything whether it is on professional or personal level. I feel more confident and healthy. My body responds positively to every challenge. I suggest Martial art,Yoga and meditation to everyone.”

Claudia Ciesla, Amitabh Bachchan, Yash Chopra, Dharmendra, Govinda, Raju Srivastav, Vndu Dara Singh and a bevy of stars attended the 16th Lions Gold Awards in Mumbai.
Claudia Ciesla in BiggBoss Season 3 in India
Claudia Ciesla of Bigg Boss fame met Bollywood superstar Salman Khan at the "Being Human" dinner event auction held at Trident BKC in association with a sports management company Sport18 and TI Cycles to launch India's first ever international cycling event, Mumbai Cyclothon - Tour De Mumbai held at Bandra Reclamation on Sunday, 21st February, 2010.
Claudia, who is just back from Germany, went up to Salman Khan and congratulated him and expressed her support in the noble cause that the superstar has been endorsing. The generous Bade Dilwala superstar displayed his class and his 'bigheartedness' while greeting the German-born actress and also chatting up with her at the Trident BKC event. And Claudia went away gushing with joy at being reunited with her good old friend.
Claudia Ciesla was staying 10 weeks in "BiggBOSS" house. It began airing on 4th October 2009 on Colors and will continue to do so daily at 9 p.m. for 84 Days with Amitabh Bachchan as the host. This will be the actress’ first brush with Indian reality TV. Now she is out of the house but she has made a lot of new experiance, got to know wonderfull people and she is very happy that she learned hindi language. Claudia was awarded with Karmaveer Puraskaar Award
Claudia Ciesla was awarded with the prestigious Karmaveer Puraskaar Award for her involvement in social work on 26th November 2009. The Karmaveer Puraskaar, is iCONGO’s National People’s Award for Social Justice and Action that honours concerned citizens. In the past, Kajol, Ad guru and social activist Alyque Padamsee, Dr. Leo Rebello, Rahul Bose, Remo Fernandes, M S Swaminathan (Father of the Green Revolution in India) have been recipients of the Karmaveer Puraskar.
Claudia is helping and supporting Khushii
Claudia Ciesla is helping and supporting Khushii (Kinship for Humanitarian, Social and Holistic Intervention in India). Khushi is a national organization working for the upliftment of poor and destitute communities in both rural and urban areas in India. The organization carries out intervention activities in the fields of education, health care, livelihood training, micro-finance and environment.
